Our interpreters can be found providing their language expertise in every facet of life --- from providing personal interpreting services to interpreting at business conferences. Our interpreters can also be found in the halls of justice assisting attorneys and their clients communicate, or providing their expert interpreter services to doctors and medical professionals. 

Concordis Language Services offers on-site and in-person interpreting services for all types of business conferences, on-site construction projects, meetings, court and legal proceedings, medical appointments and more.

  • $60.00 -- $250.00 per hour, two-hour minimum.

  • $35.00 -- $50.00 per hour.

  • $60.00 -- $250.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum.

  • $150.00 -- per hour, 2-hour minimum. 

  • $100.00 -- $250.00 per hour, 2-hour minimum. 

  • $75.00 -- per hour, 2-hour minimum

  • $500.00 --$700.00, 4 hours -- $750.00 -- $1500.00, 8 hours.

INTERPRETING SERVICES FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How far in advance should I book an interpreter for my event?
    We ask that you call or write to us as soon as you know when you will need an interpreter in order to properly provide you with the right interpreter, who will be available to attend your event. We ask that you contact us at least 3-5 days prior.
     

  • Which languages do you cover and can provide interpreting services?
    At Concordis Language Services we can fill a wide number of requests for interpreters in many languages. However, our ability to provide you with an interpreter is dependent on a few factors, including interpreter availability, location, time, distance, type of interpreting service needed. That is why we ask that you contact us days or weeks in advance so that we can locate an available interpreter and reserve their time for your event.
     

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    To avoid being charged for unused interpreting services, we ask that you notify us of any changes as soon as possible. We will typically need at least 24-48 hours in order to cancel your request for an interpreter.
    Failure to cancel your request with us at least 24 hours prior may result in being charged the full amount quoted or any travel costs incurred by the interpreter.
      

  • How much do your interpreting services cost?
    Our fees for providing you with interpreting services will vary and will depend on type of interpreter needed, location, venue, date and time, event type (e.g. medical appointment, conference, videoconferencing, etc). Therefore, we ask that when you contact us with your request that you provide as much information as possible about your interpreting service needs.
