Concordis Language Services is fully committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.   • to send you notices and reminders with respect to translation service purchases;

  • for internal purposes such as audit, analysis and research;

  • to track and analyze use of the services so that we can improve how Concordis Language Services is performing and provide users with the best experience possible;

You may modify or delete certain information associated with your member forum account (such as your username, profile image, biography and location) in your Account Settings.

The following information will not be publicly displayed or revealed to other users: any billing or payment information you provide to us;  password details; your IP address; your phone number;  and other documentation that may identify you;

Information that’s shared with trusted third-party services

At times we may make certain Personal Information available to third parties we have engaged to provide services to us). We will only share your Personal Information to monitor and help us further develop and improve our website, including the addition of new features for a better user experience. We will never share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We offer you the ability to interact with social plug-ins (software modules) from social media sites, such as Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, and other social media websites. When you use these plug-ins, some of the information you provide to us from the linking of your accounts may be published . In some cases, Concordis Language Services may know that you clicked on a social plug-in such as a Facebook Share button, or receive other information from the social media sites.

You agree that all Disputes arising from or in connection with this Policy, its breach, termination, validity or interpretation, shall be exclusively decided in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time without prior notice. When we change this Policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on the Concordis Language Services website along with the updated Policy or you will receive an email advising you of these changes.
